THE RESTAURANT OF THE HOTEL LOU PINET IN SAINT-TROPEZ

Created in Monaco in 2005 by Riccardo Giraudi, Beefbar has moved to Hotel Lou Pinet in Saint-Tropez after Hong Kong (Michelin starred since 2017), Mexico City, Tulum, Dubai, Mykonos, Budapest and Paris.

This steakhouse owes its success to a menu that features the best meats from across the world. Simplicity is retained in cooking between grill and street food, making Beefbar one of the best restaurants in Saint-Tropez. If the American Black Angus Prime, Australian Wagyu WX, and the certified Japanese Kobe beef remain the stars of the menu, other fresh dishes that are inspired by the Mediterranean are added to enrich it: ceviche, carpaccio, risotto, salad, grilled fish...

Between chic simplicity, excellence and modernity, this trendy restaurant in Saint-Tropez offers an inventive cuisine that comes in many dishes to share, a signature of the Beefbar all over the world, for friendly vacations. Our Chef and his team will put their extensive expertise at your service to make you experience a lunch and dinner in the typical Saint Tropez atmosphere; an original, delicate, warm and lively menu will be available, coupled in a setting preserved from the hustle and bustle of the Port, and the beaches of Ramatuelle or Pampelonne.

The Menu

The menu, personally designed by Riccardo Giraudi, features Beefbar classics, such as Kobe ham, but also more summery fresh recipes.

From premium meats to revisited street food specialities, the restaurant at Hotel Lou Pinet in Saint Tropez offers many dishes to share, creating a home from home experience.

SUSHI BAR, IN THE EVENING

Settle down in an elegant setting on the Beefbar terrace where an exceptional culinary experience awaits you. A new addition to the 2023 season is the launch of a sushi bar that opens every evening on the terrace of the Beefbar Saint Tropez restaurant. The gastronomical delight of a menu includes rolls that feature Wagyu fillet, as well as nigiri, which is available with truffles or with an XO sauce.

The menu is full of exquisite sushi creations, highlighting the freshness of the ingredients and the mastery of culinary techniques. Discover the tasty menu composed of Nigiri Aburi with truffle, yuzu or Nigiri Beefbar but also Rolls and Maki with different flavors. The menu of the sushi bar Saint-Tropez honors the Japanese gastronomy. From sashimi to sushi and Nigiri, the Beefbar Saint-Tropez sushi bar invites you to a real culinary journey through Asia.

Cosy and bright, the indoor bar is a perfect meeting point for family and friends throughout the day, especially for an aperitif before experiencing our iconic Saint-Tropez restaurant, the Beefbar. Bathed in natural light, this Saint-Tropez bar welcomes you in a calm, restful and, above all, warm setting. Here, the soft and sunny tones mingle with the delicacy of the materials and the softness of the fabrics, while the bar's glasses come to life and light up with shimmering colors as our Bartender's signature cocktails are served.
