THE RESTAURANT OF THE HOTEL LOU PINET IN SAINT-TROPEZ

Riccardo Giraudi founded Beefbar in Monaco in 2005, and it has since relocated to Hotel Lou Pinet in Saint-Tropez from Hong Kong (Michelin starred since 2017), Mexico City, Tulum, Dubai, Mykonos, Budapest, and Paris.

This antithesis of a steakhouse owes its success to a menu featuring the best meats in the world, cooked without complex between grill and street food, making it one of Saint-best Tropez's restaurants. While American Black Angus Prime, Australian Wagyu WX, and certified Japanese Kobe beef remain the menu's stars, other fresh and sunny Mediterranean inspirations come to enrich it: ceviche, carpaccio, risotto, salad, grilled fish...

Between chic simplicity, excellence, and modernity, this trendy Saint Tropez restaurant offers an inventive cuisine in many dishes to share, a signature of the Beefbar all over the world, for friendly and fun vacations.

The Menu

The menu designed by Riccardo Giraudi features Beefbar classics, such as Kobe ham, but also more summery fresh recipes.

From premium meats to revisited street food specialties, the restaurant of the Lou Pinet hotel in Saint Tropez offers many dishes to share, for a convivial vacation like at home.

At lunch, a light menu is served by the pool for those who have trouble leaving their deckchair...

At dinner, enjoy our signature dishes such as Pepper Beef or Wagyu Bolognese accompanied by an imaginative cocktail prepared by our bartenders.

 

SUSHI BAR, IN THE EVENING

This is the new feature of the 2023 season: the opening of a sushi bar, every evening on the terrace. With rolls that feature Wagyu filet. As for the nigiri, it is available with truffles or with an XO sauce.

Breakfast includes a variety of à la carte options as well as a generous gourmet buffet to satisfy all tastes.
